Sorry I haven't updated my blog for a bit, I've been too busy brewing! I entered my first brewing competition last month, the Scottish Craft Brewers competition with a single hop (galaxy) IPA. Not only did I win my class (American IPA, 14B) but I also took home the best in show prize! Both wins were most unexpected, but I am just chuffed to bits. Off to enjoy some award-winning brew...
